  • Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for all cities in Pakistan.
  • Delivery time within Pakistan is typically 1 to 5 working days, depending on the city and weather conditions.
  • Delivery charges within Pakistan vary based on your location.
  • Every purchase includes Free Signature Packaging for an enhanced unboxing experience.
  • For orders above 10,000 PKR, a 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining 50% payable via Cash on Delivery.
  • Customized orders and pre-orders require a minimum 50% advance payment for order confirmation at the time of booking. In select cases, Neehoor Jewellery may request full advance payment for customized orders.
  • Vague addresses without a house or street number, as well as deliveries to hostels, require a 50% advance payment.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for villages that are not covered by courier services in Pakistan. For such cases, a 25% advance deposit or full advance payment may be requested.
  • International shipping costs can be calculated at the checkout page. Neehoor Jewellery utilizes reliable courier services for international shipments of jewelry items. Please note that shipping rates may vary slightly over time due to fluctuations in the USD to PKR conversion rate.
  • Any customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
