  1. Personalized Transformations: We offer the flexibility to customize and adapt our jewelry to your unique preferences. Pricing adjustments will reflect the extent of customization in the original design.

  2. Exclusive Bridal and Formal Jewelry: Experience luxury with our tailored, one-of-a-kind jewelry designs for your special occasions. Share the specifics of your dress with Neehoor, and we'll assist you in determining the ideal piece to customize. For those seeking entirely original designs from scratch, design sketches can be provided once a deposit of 500 PKR is made. After sketch approval, a 50% advance payment for the entire set is required.

  3. We'll keep you updated by sharing pictures through WhatsApp when your piece is in it's finished state, ensuring you have the opportunity to approve it.

    While we strive to deliver the best, please be aware that there may be minor design deviations compared to the pictures, especially when the design is sourced from other places rather than Neehoor's own creations.

Timeline: Our standard timeline for customized items is 2-3 weeks.

Payment: A 50% advance payment is mandatory for all customized orders.

Exchanges/Returns: We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate size or color exchanges once the product has been delivered. We do not accept returns.
