At Neehoor, we are committed to creating an exceptional jewelry experience tailored just for you. Our personalized transformations allow you to adapt and customize jewelry designs to match your unique preferences.

How It Works

• Customized Designs: Share your dress details, and we’ll help you find the perfect piece to customize. For original designs from scratch, a 500 PKR deposit is required for design sketches. Once approved, a 50% advance payment for the full set is mandatory.

• Timeline: Customized items are crafted within 3–4 weeks.

• Approval Updates: We’ll share progress pictures with you via WhatsApp, and final approval will be taken before delivery.

• Pricing: Final prices may vary depending on the extent of customization and current market rates.

Important Notes

• Slight design deviations may occur, especially if the reference design is not from Neehoor’s own collection.

• No Exchanges/Returns: We cannot accept returns, or size and color exchanges, once the customized product has been delivered.
