REFUND AND RETURN:
At Neehoor Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we have established a firm policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. Please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:
Refunds:
Refunds are only available for international orders if the product is received in a broken condition. To be eligible for a refund, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence.
Refunds are not offered for any other circumstances.
Exchanges:
International orders:
If an incorrect order is delivered, Neehoor Jewellery may offer an exchange. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide relevant evidence.
Within Pakistan:
We provide free exchanges for broken items or incorrect sizes caused by our error. Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence.
Hygiene and Final Sales:
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, all sales at Neehoor Jewellery are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except as specified above.
Customised Products:
Orders for customised designs cannot be canceled or exchanged for different sizes, colors, or designs.
Sale Items:
Exchanges for sale items are only possible if an incorrect order is delivered.
Responsibility and Damages:
Neehoor Jewellery reserves the right to reject any exchange claim that does not comply with our company policy.
We cannot be held responsible for damages or colour fading resulting from regular wear.
Incorrect Size:
In the event of a customer ordering the wrong bangle or ring size, we may offer an exchange for the correct size of the same product. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and return the item promptly on the same day. The jewellery must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with protective coverings. Please note that a price reduction (25% - 50%) may apply if the returned item does not meet the specified conditions.
